Small Group Experiences

We believe that the best Arctic experiences are those shared in a personal and relaxed atmosphere. That is why we operate exclusively with small groups, with a maximum of 8 passengers per group and per activity.

Keeping our groups small allows our guides to provide more personalized attention, adapt the experience to the group’s pace and needs, and create a more intimate connection with the spectacular Arctic surroundings. It also means less time waiting and more time enjoying the activity itself.

Bus from Tromsø

For guests staying in Tromsø, we offer a convenient transfer service to and from our activities in the Lyngen Alps.

Depending on the size of the booking, transfers are operated either in a comfortable, heated 16-seat van or in a private car. Regardless of the vehicle used, the level of service remains exactly the same, ensuring a comfortable and reliable journey for every guest.

All shared activity transfers depart from a designated meeting point in Tromsø. The exact departure location and meeting instructions will be provided to guests when making their booking.

For guests looking for additional flexibility, private transfers from Tromsø can also be arranged upon request by email.

Lunch

We believe that good food is an essential part of the Arctic experience. That is why lunch is always included in our activities.

Our lunch is normally a traditional Norwegian stew, a hearty and comforting meal that is perfect after spending time outdoors and a wonderful way to enjoy the flavours of Northern Norway.

Lunch is served at one of the best restaurants in the Lyngen Alps, beautifully located right next to the water. With its excellent views and peaceful surroundings, it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good meal between activities or after a long session exploring the Arctic outdoors.

For some activities, such as our whale experiences, lunch may instead be served on board during the sailing. This allows us to make the most of our time at sea and travel further into the whales' area while enjoying a meal along the way.

During summer, some meals might also be served during the activities, making an exceptional experience to have lunch in the wilderness, a true Norwegian tradition.

If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know at the time of booking. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements in advance and ensure you have the best possible experience in the Lyngen Alps.
